Our mission is to produce a high quality Gourmet Extra Virgin Olive Oil for a meticulous and sybarite public that is thrilled with the flavours and aromas of a good Gourmet product.

We take care of our product from its fruit, prioritising the harvesting of the olive at its optimum point of ripeness and we innovate in the production process.

Our philosophy is to go organic, contributing to the sustainability of the environment and the agricultural environment. A more respectful production with natural resources.

How do we innovate in such a traditional sector?

We produce our EVOO at the foot of the olive tree with our own portable oil mill where the olives go directly from harvesting to milling. The juice is produced in situ on our farms, where it retains all its flavour and properties.

OUR PRODUCTION

The process of harvesting, milling and juice extraction takes place in our estates located between the countryside of Seville and Malaga. Specifically, our beloved olive trees grow in the municipalities of Osuna, Pedrera, La Puebla and Antequera.

The portable ecological oil mill is moved from one farm to another so that the fruit does not suffer any damage from environmental conditions or transport. And the oil is always extracted cold and using mechanical processes, we never use chemical products that alter the quality and properties of the oil.

We currently produce single varietal oils of Hojiblanca, Hojiblanca ECO, Arbequina, Koroneiki and our Ancestral Oil. The latter is produced every year with our customers and friends at our traditional Ancestral Event.

ORGANIC PORTABLE OIL MILL

At the ideal time for harvesting, we move our Portable Ecological Oil Mill to our farms and in just half an hour the olives are collected and the milling process begins.

The time that the fruit spends from the olive tree to the entrance of the oil mill is minimal, which prevents it from deteriorating due to oxidation and transport.

This type of oil mill is manufactured with cutting-edge technology that maintains temperature stability with thermo-insulating materials that reduce the estate's energy consumption and increase its sustainability.

OUR ORGANIC EVOO

In 2017 we began the journey to produce an Organic EVOO at the height of Peña Luna, an exquisite oil that has obtained the certification that accredits our most popular product awarded with:

Premios AOVE Hojiblanca Ecológico

This same oil is used in the preparation of our Citrus Oils together with organic mandarins and limes, which gives it an original, exquisite flavour and high quality product.
